Be on the lookout for the April issue of Texas Monthly.  The cover was shot right here at the Ranch and is graced with a long, lean beauty of a different kind.  Laurie is our eldest female African Reticulated Giraffe.  She came to the Ranch when she was only a year old and has given birth to ten babies in her 23 years of life.
